Article 1
This article entails about the violence with video games linked to aggression in kids. With this research study it discusses the negative influences on video games and the prior history with them.With different ways, the research that is in the article defined ways on how the kids may respond to anger as quick conclusions to attack and anger towards a person. The whole article helps people understand that there may be anger associated with them but it always depends upon the individual. In my opinion to this article I do not agree with this at all. With my many years experienced with violent video games, I know it does not contribute to any anger at all due to the video game. But I am okay with the ratings of different ages for kids or adults to pay for.

Article 2
The beginning of this article starts with the surprise announcement that Tarantino does not want to make anymore violent movies. Tarantino feels like that violence in the media is rubbing off into the real world and is affecting it greatly. The article gave facts about shootings for 2013 and questioned if it was due towards the media. One more thing is that he talked about his kids and how he did not want them to be in the middle of all the violence. For this article I thought it was interesting on how they formatted it and how they used some examples to illustrate the violence.I just believe that the movies can not contribute to it and that it depends on the individual for what he or she is thinking at the time.

For this article Marilyn Manson is stating his opinion on the columbine shooting and reflecting on violence. He also made a few quotes on what he believed "Times have not become more violent. They have just become more televised." With this he is referring to the violence has always been there and people are now getting to see it due to the fact of television broadcasting it.He also talks about how the media twists and turns things to "turn criminals into folk heroes" by telling everything about that individual.In my opinion I believe that the media does try and twist and turn some events into their favor to gain higher views or ratings. Also, with what Marilyn said about the new age of television violence I agree with that statement due to the fact that it is true.
